Puckboard is the same material used on the inside of hockey arenas everywhere throughout North America. It is tough and durable and takes much abuse. It doesn't crack or split or breakdown like many other materials. It is the ultimate for covering your snowboard ramps and boxes. It can be cut with a regular saw and shaved, chiseled or drilled to fit your exacting standards. It is slippery and snowboards slide very well on the surface. Below are the sizes and pricing for our different snowboard ramp Puckboard offerings.

This thickness of Puckboard needs to be screwed to your surface with smaller size screws. Counter sinking is important as well. Daily inspections are necessary to ensure fastening systems have not been
compromised due to ramp activity.

Puckboard can be screwed. If using screws as your method of attachment, a countersink hole and adhesive in the pilot hole to bring the screw head securely below the boarding surface is advised. Daily inspections are necessary to ensure fastening systems have not been compromised due to ramp activity.
An extra shipping fee of 12.00 will apply for over length packaging, for the 8' lengths only.
Shipping by L.T.L. transport truck for large orders will be necessary and price quotes on shipping will be given at time of order. All 4' x 8' shipments will need to be shipped by methods other than Fed Ex, U.P.S., D.H.L., Purolater or Can Par style couriers. EG: 100 @ 4' X 8' Sheets to B.C. F.A.C.T. (FLOATS AROUND CHANGING TEMPERATURE)
We know the F.A.C.T. System will work for backyard boarders who practice there craft with no warping or buckling.
The F.A.C.T. system sample yellow 1/2 " puckboard and white bracket,
are shown in cut view so you may observe the characteristics and
how they fasten. You would build your rail, box or ramp in your preferred
method and fasten the F.A.C.T. system as shown. Current colors of puckboard
available are orange and white. Lengths are 4' and 8' with widths of
5 1/4" and 10 1/2" .


Picture above...new F.A.C.T. (Floats Around Changing Temperatures) system for securing 1/2" puckboard with no glue or screws through the surface. Changes of temperature cause warping and buckling but not with the new F.A.C.T system.
